Road to the Games
Our very own Coach Jessica Sharratt talks about her road to the 2010 Crossfit Games and how she is preparing for the upcoming Regionals in Ft. Worth at the end of May. (Check out Zach in the background at the 4:00 mark...)
This weekend is the Affiliate Team Tryouts at Crossfit Central. This team will be bringing home 1st place this year! Come try out- there is still time to register. What do you have to lose?!
