2010 Empowerment Stories

Visit Crossfit for some amazing stories featuring some amazing individuals!

This Saturday, August 28th, don't miss the Free Community Workouts! This month we are combining the Kettlebell Workout & the UTB, boot camp style workout into one fun & challenging morning! We will introduce kettlebell movements at the UTB - if you own a kettlebell, bring it with you to the workout.

8:30am-9:30am @ Town Lake on the Hike & Bike Trail
No RSVP necessary
Capped at the first 60 people who sign in at the UTB

CrossFit Workouts @Burnet & @RunTex - these workouts are open to everyone and a great way to find out what CrossFit is all about! If you are a current client, be sure to bring a friend with you to the workout.
